3. Glutes
Sit on the roller and tilt slightly to one side. Use your body weight to press into tight areas.
4. Back
Lie on your back with the roller under your shoulders. Gently roll down your spine.
Tip: 30-60 seconds per muscle group is enough — and breathe deeply to help muscles release!
